How quickly can I see a doctor?
Most patients connect with a board-certified doctor within minutes of requesting a visit. You can schedule a visit for a convenient future date and time. Our doctors are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Is the cost $39.95 per person, or per family?
The $39.95 provides the entire benefits package to eligible individual. The Telehealth service covers the Individual, their spouse of domestic partner, and up to 6 dependent children over the age of 2. Including dependents that do not live in the same household, such as college students.
What types of conditions can be treated?
Our doctors can treat a wide range of non-emergency conditions including cold and flu, allergies, skin conditions, infections, minor injuries, and more. For emergencies, please call 911.
Can the doctors prescribe medication?
Yes, if medically appropriate, our doctors can prescribe medication and send it directly to your preferred pharmacy. Please note that controlled substances cannot be prescribed via telehealth.
Is this a replacement for health Insurance?
No, this is not health insurance. It’s a telehealth service that provides convenient access to doctors for common medical issues. We recommend maintaining health insurance for major medical needs, hospitalizations, and specialist care.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your benefits package at any time with no penalties or fees.
